Modding Values database

Postby AJE » Wed 2 Oct 2013 07:57

Since I was getting tired of manually clicking around the modding tools looking for the value of a specific weapon, writing it down, and then hunting down the unit I wanted to mod said weapon onto, I started working on a database to keep track of the class ID's and instances of weapons in the ndfbin file. I only have a few units in it though, so I put in in a Google Doc and I hope that if modders find it useful, they'll help adding units themselves. It also has some files for the appearance of weapons, and indices the armor and unit category hash values.

Since I made this editable by anyone, I trust that modders will take care of this resource by only adding relevant unit info.

Anyways, here's the URL:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Ala7gHWkyFZudEo3R2hWSkdPX1QwSHdPYnZydnIzUXc&usp=drive_web#gid=5

Just go to the Unit ID's tab if you need to see the instances for unit weapons.
