Locations of Campaign timer & Destruction points needed.

Hi,

I'm working on editing the dynamic campaign, does anyone know where you can edit the amount of time given in battles in the campaign, and the amount of destruction points needed to win?

Basically what i'm trying to do is once two battlegroups meet you can have huge battles, and the ablility to wipe the other from the map. I've reduced the amount of command units available and increased the base deployment points to be able to achieve that, we'll see how it works out if i manage to find out how to edit the timer & points needed.

Any help would be great guys, thanks.

I've been wondering this myself, as its a key part of any big campaign revision mod. Have you had any luck in your search?

the amount of destruction points needed to win?

in gdconstantes.ndfbin, like pretty much every other campaign-related value.

EXCEPT the timer. Maybe it's hardcoded, I dunno.

Cheers guys, never managed to say thanks for the replies as i was in the middle of exams.

The timer isn't really much of an issue in the end (managed to do the changes last night) changing the initial points and the destruction points really changes the campaign and i find its great fun ( a bit of a cluster f*** on the smaller maps but the game wasn't made for it in all fairness).

Sorry i didn't mean to say it like that, i made change to the points system i.e. initial deployment points etc.

i men't to say that with the changes to the dep points the time factor isn't much of a problem. I've searched everywhere for the campaign timer closest i got was the timer for multiplayer and skirmish (i changed the 20 min one to 99 mins, in the hope that the code of the game linked the two campaign timer to multi/skirmish timer but no dice)
