Cannot create account therefore cannot play online

Hi,

I bought the Wargame bundle (Red dragon and all the rest) on Steam a few days ago.
I can play solo for each game but I can't create an account to play online.
I filled in the account form with personal details and CD key and after that I just got an error answer saying it's impossible to create the account, no explanation was provided. I tried several times.

I tried to contact customer support through the online form but I'm required to send a DxDiag file in txt format but on my Mac it's in a different format so I can't attach it to the form, therefore I cannot submit the form...
I also tried contacting Eugen through Facebook/message, but no reply so far.

Can anyone from Eugen contact me plz?

maybe you can simply attach an empty file? Unfortunately, the best way to contact support is the online form.
