Game Will Not Start

Hi,

I recently re-downloaded the game through Steam and it now refuses to launch. When I try to launch it through Steam, it claims it's launching, then just silently fails. When I go to the game folder and launch WarGame3.exe, it gives me the following error:

"The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application."

I have tried looking up solutions to this (reinstalling C++ redistributables, etc.) but a lot of the solutions seem to suggest that there's a vcredist folder within the game files. However, I do not see any such folder. I'm guessing this is probably part of the problem, but I do not know how to fix it.

Any suggestions? I'd really like to be able to play my game.
