Same issue here and on all Eugen games it seems. Must be something weird with the game engine. I'm getting really sick of these shotty drivers from nVidia.

Just play in full screen windowed mode.

You can get it fixed by yourself and its really easy. You need go and buy an ati video card

My problem was fixed by chnging tthe video option from fullscreen to either windowed or w-fullscreen.
the bug comes back in fulscreen but stays away with other options.

i did that but then the mouse does not work propely its all over the place

Aparrently this is an error on nvidias rnd that they have to fix.
