Game Lobby is empty after Winows update

Hi,
I played Red Dragon yesterday and during the Game windows started a forced Update,
After the update I tried to start the game again. I could log into the server but when I open Multiplayer sessions the list is empty and if I try to connect to a multiplayer-session directly (via IP) it starts to load the lobby but never finishes.
I tried to deactivate my firewall which made games appear in the multiplayer-list but I still cant connect.
I looked at the allowed ports for the game and there are no restricted ports in the windows-firewall.
Can you help me?
