my game is incredibly lagging, any idea why ?.

As I stated above my game is very lagging, it stop for one second at every 10-20 secs. I only try the skirmish and it was horribly lagging in this manner even in 4x4 map.

I pretty sure that it has nothing to do with my hardware, I use Gigabyte 780TI, 4th generations i7, and 8 GB Ram. If that's not enough I seriously don't know how to make it any better.

Do I miss something? Is there any graphic option or VGA setting any where that I need to enable to bring the Ti in to work?
