Disconnected Suddenly

Hello guys! I came here to say that I have a very frustrating problem: I am being disconnected during the multiplayer matches randomly, suddenly and all the time. And when it happens the defeat screen appears, then when I leave that screen it goes to the game's home screen. From there, if I click on the multiplayer tab I have to login again.
It happens no matter if the match is 1v1,2v2 or 10v10.
I do not believe it is fault of my internet because it's good, my connection always has 3 bars and low ping.
I bought this game a short time ago and I loved it, but this problem is very irritating, frustrating and makes impossible for me to win a match.
