[MOD] [New] Vinz Overhaul - balance mod (WIP)

Hello,

I am working on a mod to overhaul the units based on the stats seen in DLC nations.
The mod has several goals:
1 - upgrade units that are vastly underpowered even for their time period.
2 - Make the stats more believable (not realistic, because it still has to work for the game)
4 - Improve unit usability, but keep the original balance and flavor of vanilla Wargame RD
3 - Try and get enough support from forum players, so that the mod can be proposed to Eugen as a balance patch

I have already created a large balance mod in the past (viewtopic.php?f=187&t=60013&p=1035246&hilit=give+underpowered+units+a+chance#p1035246) so I can make this one happen (I'm not dreaming something I can't do).

The actual mod work will happen after the South Africa nation pack and it's attached balance patch.

Hello,

The base mod will concentrate on changes across all nations to make cat C or B units more usable.
Here are the categories:
- Fuel: no unit will have less than 320 km autonomy, some cheap units had their fuel tank reduced in size for easier refueling
- Anti tank guns re-balance (autocanons and recoiless rifles excluded): Guns are rebalanced based on unit introduction date, caliber and deck category
- Ammunition: Many autocanon units, Radar SAM, sniper teams and others have a very low ammo count to the point of reducing their usefulness
- Anti tank ATGM: Many older ATGM are nearly useless inaccurate and ineffective. One ATGM family shines in all that: the TOW. I have decided to re-balance the contemporary ATGM to respective TOW grade or close to it. Older ATGM may loose range to get accuracy. No one wants to use an ATGM with less than 15AP, so none of them will do less damage.
- Tank armor re-balance for older families: The changes will try and boost reasonably tanks armor for faction with weak tank lines
- price / availability: Now I will try to reprice all the mess I have created :lol:

I mostly will avoid nerfs and concentrate on buffing unusable / weak units.
