There is the replace button. Try that.

So all the sound files are in ZZ_1.Dat Format .ess Anyone who has decoded it yet ?

After only a tiny bit of research, I doubt that it is decodable at all. I think .ess might be like Eugen Systems Sound or something like that, and of course, we don't have tools...

.ESS is used by "The Elder Scrolls" games so I guess it's not Eugen's own format.

IIRC the ESS file format in the TES games is being used for saves, and here the ESS files are sound files (at least it looks so), so it's just a naming similarity coincidence.
