Looks pretty good, I think the colors should stand out more, they look a bit too faded.

Yeah, it's supposed to look faded. Took some tries to get the color scheme right. Subtle but noticeable change in colors. This particular specimen sports the more colorful version of the shark nose and belongs to the 90th TFW based in Philippines.

I like it but I don't know where to put the file once I download it. Also, would downloading just skins still allow me to play online?

downloading skins will still allow you to play online. Download the file anywhere, then extract it and run the installer that is included within the file.
