Microsoft .NET 4.5. Also, make sure that the .exe and the .dll are in the same folder.

can you help me with this issue ?
thanks

Did you download the source code instead of the compiled tool? Try downloading the toolset again:

https://github.com/enohka/moddingSuite/ ... tag/v0.8.2

0.8.2.rar is the file you want.

It's been stickied to the Gameplay subforum.

All improvements and suggestions welcome.

Is anyone else having problems with running this program on Windows 10? I just updated a few days ago, and the modding suite has been showing visual artifacts ever since. Specifically, when scrolling down a large list of items, the list will frequently freeze, and though the program will select things just fine, I have no clue what I am selecting, since the actual window will just show part of the list I already scrolled through, or only the right-hand side of the list will render properly. Minimizing the windows and then opening them again seems to refresh the window, but it's very inefficient. I've already updated the drivers for my video card, and tried to run the suite in compatibility mode, but it didn't help.

Never mind the earlier post- I just had to go to AppData and delete the settings file for it to work. 8-)

Hi sorry can someone explain step by step in a dumbed down version to me how to open this
pc\ndf\patchable\gfx\everything.ndfbin
With the Wargaming Modding Suit please. I can open the ZZ_Win.dat with no problem and edit anything but I'm unable to edit anything in the NDF_Win.dat. I got cosmetic name changes down pat but need a hand figuring out how to adjust stats.

Thanks

I'll learn from the best and be patient this time. You open the Wargame Modding Suite itself, click on the "File" tab on the left hand corner, then you search for the "NDF_Win.dat" in 430000633 folder, double-click on it, and search for pc\ndf\patchable\gfx\everything.ndfbin. Once you'll find it, double-click on it, and there you have it. Hope I helped.
