But at first I have to ask WHICH NDF_Win.dat and ZZ I have to open? The latest version's NDF_Win.dat 587?

I cannot check on 587 version (my game stopped launching couple weeks ago (non-mod related issue - hardware;(.
But in case of previous version it was C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Wargame Red Dragon\Data\WARGAME\PC\430000585\NDF_Win.dat so now it should be C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Wargame Red Dragon\Data\WARGAME\PC\430000587\, ZZ-file is just for names in version 0.5 doesn't really support name changes (i'm testing 0.6 as we speak - it does and some other tasty features). So for zz :
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Wargame Red Dragon\Data\WARGAME\PC\430000585\ZZ_Win.dat
It's very easy to check anyway - just run bgm, change smth and run campaign

New release of BGM - 0.6
What's new
- bg descriptions can be changed
- objectives re-worked
- unit's view now have basic turrets/weapons information
- adding/erasing new limitations (there's some issue with this...let me know if experience it)


BGManager
What it does?
- allows you to view/change decks of different campaigns in Red Dragon
- allows to browse through all units
- allows to change battle groups objectives and departure zones

So, I wanted to try out the BGM though after selecting the two files it doesn't open the program. It simply does nothing.
Any solution maybe?

I'm getting the same now, I've tried both 585 ndf_win.dat/zz_win.dat and 587 both versions come up with nothing, I then tried entering nothing for the two files - that booted up the app I tried to load the two files by using the buttons on the top of the screen within the app I got a error window and the app closed whenever i try to start it up again it doesn't ask which files to open it just does nothing.

First delete the files you previously selected by going to (nameofcomputer)/appdata(hidden)/roaming/edatafilemanager/bgsettings <---- delete this

Start up BGManager

1. Select 587 NDF_WIN

2. Second screen /430000578/430000584/zz_win.dat

that should work for you.
