He was recently posting in his campaign thread. Can you still modify other nations with BGM or is completely broken?

You can still modify other nations by setting the NDF_Win.dat to the latest version, and the ZZ_Win.dat to the v609 file within the v587 folder. However, this won't show the dutch units, and it won't show the names of units properly, since those will be displayed according to the most recent ZZ_Win.dat file.

Do we know a way to get the BGM to display the Dutch units, and let people put them into campaigns?

I tested putting Dutch units in a campaign. It seems to work. I changed a starting RoK unit in 2KW to be Dutch and added several Dutch tanks. It loaded okay, so it should work. Units do not have the correct name in the BGM editor, saying instead "Localisationhash", but if you go by unit price and/or equipment listed, you can figure out most, if not all, Dutch units and add the ones you seek. HOL is used for the country abbreviation.

Tried and it works, but I can't seem to be able to put Dutch infantry in transports. In the drop down transport menu, there's only a single localisation hash.

Hmmm, yeah, I have the same issue. I guess you can put Dutch infantry in non-Dutch transports, or go without Dutch infantry (which is no fun!). Hopefully, these tools can be updated to resolve this issue.
