35km if fired at an oncoming target that is below the shooter while at around 30,000 to 40,000 feet and traveling at a few hundred knots, sure.

On a helicopter traveling at maybe 100 knots near the deck? Hell no.

All I’m saying is why make the ty-90 superior?, at least make the range, accuracy and HE better with the AIM.

Certainly no reason to with accuracy. The TY-90 in game is a newer missile designed specifically for anti-helicopter duty. The Aim-9M sits in an awkward place as an Air to air weapon on a helo. It's capped at 5HE by the larger A2A missiles like the Aim-120 sitting in the 6HE slot, while the anti-helo missiles have their own little damage range going on. I'v ebeen looking for a better alternative to mount on the super-cobra, but other than the Aim-9X which I'm not using, there isn't really an option. I've got some up-coming A2A missile tweaks planned which may just render any alterations to the missiles moot anyway.

v2.41 Patch notes:

I've used a rule based guide as a yardstick to measure all the infantry APCs and IFVs to find those with prices above or below a yard-stick, of sorts. The result is about half the infantry transports in the VEH tab have been re-costed. The Big winners were the older, slower IFV's like the BMPs. Many tracked IFVs with speeds around 60-65kph have seen some big cost reductions.

[HEAVY] infantry small arms resistance nerfed from 0.35 to 0.45

[HEAVY] Infantry now require 250 suppression total to stun, down from 300, while regular infantry require 350, up from 300. Hopefully, this should make the fights between heavy inf and regular inf a little less one sided.

The effects of morale have also been toned down a little, with the worst penalties for morale damage reducing rate of fire to only 50% of normal, instead of 33% of normal, and changing the accuracy penalty from -30% to -20%.

Napalm damage and suppression has been increased 400%, since units including infantry strolling through the stuff like it was little more than unpleasant weather.

The base infantry card count has been kept at 6, Base tank card slots at 3 and base jet card slots lowered to 5, but all nations
now get a +1 bonus for each of those categories. This leaves coalitions with slightly fewer card slots than pure nations. Mech and moto infantry bonuses stay at +2, while airborne and marine decks have +3, allowing a coalition marine or airborne deck to max out their infantry tabs, while coalition moto or mech decks cannot.

APS tuning has continued, with most APS now having a max range of aroudn 28000 gmae units, around 380m in game. Most ATGMs have also been slowed down. Let me know if you find any ATGMs that are still lightning fast.

Air to air missiles have had a speed reduction across the board to make Air combat a little less of a clusterf-, uhh, mess.

Armored CAS aircraft availability raised, since apparently they don't make players wet the bed at night any more.

Super-lynx mk.88A replaces the Bo-105 german recon helo, now armed with IRIS-T missiles.
EC645 replaces the Bo-105 ATGM PARS missile carrier for germany, a little faster with 2 extra missiles.
NPzK-130 and Puma-C vehicles added for Germany
Wisent armored supply vehicle added for Germany
PPT Supply vehicle added for France
Yas'ur cargo load increased in line with CH-53 cargo capacity

Aggro Jacko availability and CG launcher ammo count reduced
Thunderbolt bush-rangers availability reduced
JSDF rangers stinger ammo reduced
Indian Sikh regiment Grom II ammo reduced and cost increased to 12 pts
Delta force ATGM ammo reduced
SAM Close arrow price buffed
BRDM-2 Red Arrow given good optics
Spike missiles given a range nerf
The Golani name was swapped over to the Herev in the Israeli infantry tab
German KSK got the matador HE launcher
German ATGM infanty now have spikes, with their Milan missile moving over to BGS recon
S-Korean militia now have the Metys M missile
Sochong-su infantry speed fixed back to 20kph
BAE taranis availability per card raised
UK LIMARs moved out of the Mech deck and into the Moto deck, UK M270 moved into the Mech deck
Canadian Leo marksman ammo load increased
FRAGSTORM HE damage reduced from 1.25 to 1
N-Korean Special forces infantry team renamed 'Beongae' given the Chinese HJ-12 as part of some sort of lend-lease program and an improved rifle.
R-27R missile range increased
Polish Strop II vehicle cost buffed
French Mirage 2000 mk 2 cost increased from 90 to 140pts
HX-44M renamed SX-45
12.7mm Zastiva 96 removed from Turkish special forces, LADA pecheng added in its place
Turkish ACV units given more appropriate unit models
Pantisir unit now using a Strop II model so it at least has autocannon animations
Ajeya HQ tank cost nerfed
T-72 Ajeya cost nerfed from 30 to 40 pts
Strela missiles on Polish and Czech Strela carriers shifted around and improved
US Marines renamed 'Teufelhund'. US Marine CAAT renamed US Marines.

c can someone please help me i have a problem with the ash and shadow mod first i download a file in here but i only get one file not the zzwin, now i download the one that is self install that i downloaded above me but the ash and shadow installation program is telling me that i dont have a valid wargame airland battle in my pc, now i have wargame red dragon v16.05.20 and on and i also have airland battle v1250 and/or 1.0.0.1 idk if thats the right version but thats what it said. can someone please help me how to install the right ash and shadow mod please, i downloaded whole bunch of the same files from 2web been doing it for 6 days of hours and i still cant or wont works. thank you

What is with the high end Chinese tanks having a laser dazzler? It stuns my helicopters and is annoying and overpowered. Why do no other tanks have this ability? Can this be removed in later updates please.

2Web? Are you saying you found the mod on a 3rd party hosting site? I'm not sure I'd trust those.
