Such trucks are all limited to 1 card for every faction and I honestly don't quite understand why. They have no weapons, armor, or utility beyond transport so I don't really expect balance issues even if they were increased to 3-5 cards per nation.



They are limited because they end up being fast, disposable bait for enemy fire that protects the real units behind them. A while ago I tested giving them a small amount of supplies and increasing their price, but that interferes with the game setting preventing fire on supply units.

Another idea is to make them only vulnerable to HE, like infantry, and reduce their hitpoints, but I haven't thought that through.
