If you are into realistic decks or campaign modding, check this out. It also has good information on planes, ships, AA, weapons, and sensors.

It's not 100% accurate, but about as good as it's gonna get.

I recommend to you FM 100-2-3 concerning on USSR and NSWP.

With this concerning only air defense of USSR and deviations of NSWP.

The NATO OOB 1989 can be found in much more readable way in Word or pdf with Google.

Creator of the SAMsim made this OOB. It was made indendently with 1989 NATO OOB but has almost idencitcal data, so I guess rest of them are also good.
