Help installing battle group manager?

Also I'm still having trouble with the Scandi mod, I've put the NDF and ZZ files in the specified locations so it looks like the original NDF with the extracted ZZ under it in 510064564 for example. It crashes on startup and it says there is a problem with 510064564. Here's what my files look like.

First, be sure to use only ZZ file from Climb Mountain - Adriatic Islands version of the mod, because that one is same as vanila. Place it in 510061340/510064564 (not in the same folder as NDF).

With BGM, open NDF from folder 510064564 and new ZZ from 510061340/510064564.

Hey so I followed your instructions for the scandi mod, WG loaded correctly and when I opened 2KW it had all the sectors with different names, but the units were all the same. When I pasted the ZZ file into the folder, it asked if I wanted to replace the existing one and I said yes.

Ive read through some of the first posts and the readme and didn't see any explanation of adding units to existing battlegroups or mention of whether or not it was possible. I've tried with the BGM, but i keep getting unknown exception errors when trying to add new units. Anyone know if its possible? Or are we just stuck changing exising units in the battlegroups?
