Intercepting Anti-Radar missiles

I'm aware that on a few pages of the forum, people have tried to enable this ability, but to no avail.
I've also been trying it lately, to no avail.

Anyone figured out to get AA units to intercept missiles? In particular, I've been trying to achieve this with the Tunguska, and TOR AA units.
