Not bad, but not good.

If must play it, I woul like do some changes:
Logistic: Remove the supply heli, and replace the tank by the basic CV.
Infantry: Mehanizovana in trained, Proleteri replaced by Proleteri'90, and Proleteri'90 on Vidras unvetted.
Support: Savas in trained, Remove plamen by a mortar.
Tanks: Maybe replace the Igman by the 84.
Recon: Unvet the 84AN, and replace the Senke by another recon.
Vehicles: Replace Pollo by Praga. You don't need them, you have Vidras.
Helis: Remove the Gama 2.
Planes: Remove the Jastreb, and add the Super Kebab (Galeb) and a bomber.

LOGISTICS:
  • Downvet the command tank. It should ideally not be fighting on the front line (but I personally really like command tanks).
  • Personally I prefer to have command infantry in a wheeled transport.
  • Remove supply helicopter.

INFANTRY:
  • Pados '90 I never would take in the helicopter. Simply because you have nothing to defend them with and it makes your best tank hunters too expensive imo.
  • Exchange the base Proleteri in BVP-80A for Proleteri '90 (you could also go full Mechanizovana instead if you want a more spamy deck, works just fine too imo).
  • I prefer a cheaper and more plentiful BVP-96, therefore I would take them with Mechanizovana.
  • Generally I don't upvet any infantry, except IFVs with capable ATGMs (BVP-96 in this case).

SUPPORT:
  • I would always take a mortar for smoking and quick fire support in any deck. Exchange either howitzer or Plamen, depending on your preference.
  • While your Anti Air is entirely fine, my preference is to take the ghetto Crotale (Prakka) over the Sava.

RECON:
  • Exchange Hera for its cheaper counterpart.
  • Don't upvet recon units (except maybe the tank, but that is preference).

VEHICLES:
  • If you take the BVP-96 with Mechanizovana, the Polo becomes redundant (same price and avail when up-vetted).
  • Downvet the Jackson. You want many of them and they already have 40% accuracy if I am not mistaking.

PLANES:
  • Exchange Jastreb with Super Galeb (ATGM plane, its currently the best in game).
  • You should now have enough points to take another card of planes. I would recommend the L-15.

Hope it helps. :) And as always: This is just my opinion on how to play this deck, adjust it to how you play and what yo prefer. Experiment with different units.

You can drop the FOB and Teretni, 2 cards of trucks are more than enough (one card 2832, other 2026). Noras come with a lot of ammo, and rarely need resupply. Consider taking command infantry either in Gazela (fast), Pinz (cheap)... or take the MKŠK instead. You get a lot of them per card.

Inf: Padobranci 90 should always come in wheels. Get a card of Mehanizovana in base BVP instead of Proleteri.

Sup: consider taking BOV-3 instead of BOV-30. BOV-3 can work as a fabulous FSV, in a pinch.

Hel: do yourself a service, use HT-40 with NRZ 128. Or nothing, helos are not a Yugo forte.

Air: Get L-15M. Very versatile. Consider exchanging L-19 for L-18, far cheaper and it will do the job reliably, you just need to practice with it.
The SEAD never bothered me anyway.

Clarifying question; what kind of battles do you want to use this in? 1v1, 2v2, 10v10? While there wont be many significant changes between the different type of games, there will still be some, so you should always keep that in mind.
My mouth is moving, but nothing relevant is coming out. Also I cannot guarantee that my research is perfect or even remotely accurate.

I have low quality Wargame Red Dragon casts on my youtube channel https://www.youtube.com/user/XanderTuron
