That's a very good point, I have now added it in. But I also took the idea further and added in another sheet after KE "KE Range Tables" for ease of such calculations. Start KE is from 24 for 2275m guns, as I am accounting for an upcoming patch that tones the M1A2 down to 24KE. I've even done some autocannons too

this data looks like is is from the WEE formula ap-av+1, because for instance the 10ap vs 1 av using ALBs formula would be (10-1)/2+1 or 5.5, but in the chart it says 10dmg
This chart is based on a damage array in the game files. While there might have been a formula used to create the numbers, the in game results are all according to the values here.
Also, you clearly didn't see my ALB damage chart if you're using that outdated formula
