If you don't like Cluster-MLRS and love Tank Battles, you can simply play matches, that are limited to Armored Decks.
Armored Decks allow certain HE and Napalm Artillery, to panick Tank forces, but no Cluster-MLRS to destroy them.
(The destruction has to be done by your own Tanks! )

So if you love Tank-Battles, give it a try.

In all seriousness, I've actually played an all-armored 4v4 before and it was a lot of fun. More maneuvering, less camping, good stuff.
