Even though I appreciate your effort, I'm not sure wether people who don't know how to play are willing to give the effort of having someone "teach" them on how to play. If they were really interested in getting better, I think it'd be enough to read a guide on steam, check the forums or look for a tutorial on youtube.
But let's see how this evolves.

this is just gold, a game so complex that its players are forming their own Tutorial program.
nevertheless I would like to help, I do consider myself somewhat proficient in this game.

Thanks for your interest, sign-ups for both, helping and receiving should be up by tomorrow. Sorry for the delay, some real life interferences.

@thenosh: Sure, there are many helpful resources, but isn't it in some situations better to - for example - receive live-feedback, not dealing with a problem on a general abstract level, let's say like attacking a town, but having detailed advice on how to attack that town right in front of you while your tutor covers your side? It's not like this would make all the other stuff obsolete - think of it as an addition to the already available services.
I completely agree, there are many who don't want our help: We will not force anyone to accept our advice, we just offer help for those interested :)

@Noobdelux: Thanks - yeah, Eugen and Focus will support us by promoting WLP (as soon as we get the sign ups running). I'd like to thank them at this point again.

Yes, we thought of that, and a lot more ideas. The original idea was that if that was too hard for Eugen, then they could just rename "Wargame FR" into the "Wargame Help Line". (Seriously, does anyone use that?)
I think Shifu contacted a representative about that. I also heard that we just might get an advertisement up in the green text box above the chat in the game menu. We appreciate the thought, and if anyone else has something to share, we would love to hear that!

Are you worried that we're slacking? ;)
Right now, the three of us are in the process of editing, re-editing, and re-re-editing the recruitment post. It's hard to try to word things in a way that nobody will misinterpret it.

Don't worry, we haven't given up yet!
