Starcraft didn't create the 1 man per build RTS rule.
As for the single infantry someone will always complain about the infantry whether its the clown caring,single infantry micro,unrealistic squads only carrying rifles or rockets..

Also people complained about the wargame infantry also.

Suggestions and criticism is always usefull, but there is a difference between suggesting something because it would enhance the gameplay or game feel somehow or suggesting something "because game x did so".
