I hate to be that guy, but 'reaffected' isn't a word. (Not an English word, at least.)

I believe the word you want in that situation is redirected.

Nothing. It never was Cartel.
It occupied the role of US logistical vehicle as a placeholder before we replaced it with the M993.

Aw, I love HEMTTs!

Hmm, it is hinting that the logistic networks are still in play. It appears to be a FOB in the last image.

I wouldn't be drawing any conclusions from this let's start in terms of what changes they may or may not make to the logistic network system.

They changed nothing except the size of raffinery and now the fact that resources are like all other RTS... Available everywhere for all factories.

The size of refinery is not the only problem, but the size of the field around it and how it filled the whole screen and you need to move your screen left/right/up/down until you found a perfect spot.

They need to make the whole thing smaller OR highlight resource fields that will be used when they are inside this field around the refinery while we are trying to place it down. Like the picture in the link but imagine each square of resources inside the field has a glow of a color corresponding to the type of resource it is
