its mainly an USA thing. while cartel having the option to scout non stop ( 175 oil for a Kmax resource chopper) and chimera can sit blindly in your base unless you spend a recon or a mg nest to see if something is there.

what does usa have? I hear the little bird ... really ? spending 3K oil plus 800 oil to get 1 unit to see something? and even in defcon 2 that is.
USA is playing in the dark as your recon cant reach the enemy base anymore after 2 minutes due to rocket inf blocking the entrances of the base.
I know its a game, but USA that has no visuals and play in the dark doesnt fit at all. something timely wich cost oil would be great to have? like in SC2 where you could use your radar every X minutes.

Chimera has Ninja which is stealth.
Cartel can use their scout.
USA has Sniper team, or Littlebird.

Agreed this is just another person that does not know how to play the game. probaly only has 2 hours of playing the game.

I have decent hopes for US scouting now that the Humvee isn't like throwing money in the river. I'll definitely try it out tomorrow.

Yeah, the Humvee is actually a viable option now for both fighting and early-game combat, which is great to see.

That is foolish. Anyone that has only 2 hours playtime has refunded the game by now :D

I got another suggestion on how to improve scouting. Make is so the resource finder vehicle from HQ costs 300 cash (or 500) but after built needs to be upgraded to be able to discover resources which in total costs like now. The starting one comes with that upgrade done. To balance Cartel flying one, he would fly slower until upgraded to also find resources.

So players can build fast scouts from starting building and scout early with them without needing to spend obscene amount of $ as it costs now.
