Zoom Problem Ingame

I cannot play this game normally because every time I start a game, even if its the campaign, my camera will zoom in all the way to the ground and if I try to zoom out it will zoom back towards the ground so I am forced to constantly play the game in satellite view. It is not my mouse that is the problem either btw.

It isn't my mouse. I've tried launching the game even without a mouse and it still zooms in constantly.

Slayer, please post this in bug reports and get the Devs attention. I have had this problem as well. Not only zooming in, but sometime the game rotates at exactly 2 rotations per second. Very game breaking bug.

And i have unplugged every mouse/keyboard attached and it still zooms/rotates. Also, on a side note, if you miniminze the game it will still zoom/rotate. The camera will not be in the same position It was minimized at.
