Wargame RD has on steamspy around 40 000 audience in last 2 weeks.

As I said, find a macro based game that is at least as popular as wargame which is not really an achievement. CoH2 level of popularity is what a C&C Generals inspired AoA should aim for because it can based on C&C Generals having millions of buyers.

Doesn't steam report all players in-game, whether singleplayer or multiplayer?

FAF is mostly tracking multiplayer users, it doesn't count players who are just doing skirmish or campaign.

Still, if you're asking for "mainstream popular", then FAF isn't that. It's a passionate and active niche community.

Do you think all this time after release there is a large number of people still playing Wargame singleplayer?

I don't know anything about wargame, but I do know the majority of supcom players are skirmish players who just want to have a relaxing game of explosion solitaire. FAF online players are just the hardcore.

This massive overhaul of the game should address most of the major complaints made about AoA so far.
We do hope dissatisfied players will give it a try, and maybe reconsider their opinion of the game.

Awesome ;)

Everyone that comes to this thread should look into that link.

In fact a new thread should probably be made.

Great announcement so far. I wish I could make a new thread with some questions about this new "Edition", but I suppose that many things won't be revealed until official announcement.

Very happy to be eating crow right now. The Reboot Edition sounds so awesome!
