Hello, here is the change log for the new patch v.282 for AoA Reboot Edition Beta:

AoA Reboot Beta Patch v.282 wrote:
This patch is mostly addressing the early eco's "slowness".

GENERAL:
Starting cash increased to $7000, up from $6000

US:
  • M993 tankers's cost decreased to $500, down from $540
  • Light Vehicle Bay's cost decreased to $2600, down from $3000

Chimera:
  • Kodiak's cost decreased to $500, down from $540
  • Sentinel turret's health decreased to 40, down from 60
  • Spear Vehicle Bay's cost decreased to $2400, down from $2500

Cartel:
  • Refinery's cost increased to $1900, up from $1600
  • Derrick's cost decreased to $1200, down from $1500
  • Vehicle Bay's cost decreased to $3300, down from $3500
  • Prison Module research cost increased to $2000, up from $1750
  • Decreasing the rate of fire of the upgraded Koalitsja

MISC:
  • Adding a Load menu for saved games in the Skirmish lobby
  • Fixing some typos in French and in the Lobby
  • Increasing the visual size of artillery shells


However, your replays from this week will not be displayed anymore with this patch.
We are sorry for the inconvenience. While we are working on a fix, you can work around this problem by dupplicating your replay file AND change the extension of this copy in the saved game folder: Saved Games\EugenSystems\ActOfAggression
Dupplicate the file, and change the "aoaorpl2" extension into "aoarpl_re" on the dupplicate, and they will appear in the replay menu.

Nothing to ease the infantry builds with US and Chimera? chimera support bay and US field Hospital?

That's the saddest part of the story. I was getting used to think, after nearly three decades of its existence, that the word "Strategy" was the main cornerstone of the RTS genre and golden age.

This is a good step forward but also please fix how cartel gets more money through time from each refinery. Cartel refinery that costs 300 more only somewhat fixes the difference in price between 1 more resource heli and 2 resource trucks (that difference is now 200 so cartel new refinery total cost is 100 more but that does not fix their helis being more efficient at mining).

Well I understand total price from derrick+refinery didn't really change except at start were derrick is already prebuilt.

Step in the right direction. Let´s see if this will do it for the start up phase to be faster. :D

Curious to see how much this will impact the 'dead period' in the early game.

Quite smart changes with the cartel refinery cost increase, makes it so only the first ref is more expensive because the extractor is already built.

So why should the reboot edition waste his opportunity to deliver something great instead of mediocre ?

I see for the game still the same rating as before.

So its obvious the Reboot does not reach the people and just one obvious question ,
how does reboot suppose to reach them, if you are just delivering again the same game experience ?


Well its a step into the right direction, lets try the patch out, figure if it fixes the issues, and see if it needs more changes.

I for example considered Cartel a very cool and fun faction to play as in the reboot, but there were some hickups and delays that can and might have improved with this patch.
