Screen move by it own and can't be stop.

I just start to play after 623 patch for few minutes and then the screen suddenly move right upward nonstop and start to be unplayable. I try by disable mouse scroll sometimes to see will it stop but no, it don't. So I quit the game and reopen the game and play again, it still occur (from game start). What the hell is occur?

P.S. I play skirmish on here lie the river or somethings (1 vs 1) as random both for both times.

Are you using a controller, a joystick, or a wheel ?
If yes, is it plugged while your are playing the game ?

This is a common problem we have, and it may come from a conflict between this peripheral and the game.
