I noticed that units that do bullet type of damage when attacking a vehicle with full health will immediately reduce that vehicle life by 1 but after that will not longer damage the vehicle no matter how long they fire.
If the vehicle it not at full health they will not damage the vehicle no matter how long they fire.
I only tried with single Contractor vs vehicles.

Maybe hp system count like 9.99 to 9.00 as 9 hp and bullet damage very low (like 0.05 per volley)?
