SAS was in Normandy and the jeeps came with them, if I recall it was how David Stirling was captured

I think enemy equipment is more something fancy stuff like Lorraine with 10,5cm guns and other captured french stuff used by the Wehrmacht

Stirling was captured in Libya, so he could have had a Breda-armed jeeps, it was quite common there.
But AFAIK, those didn't made the trip to England. SAS jeeps in N-W Europe were armed wih twin K-guns or sing MG up front and a .50 at the rear.

Besides, SAS operated mostly "around" Normandy (such as the French SAS in Britanny), mounting raids and waging guerilla raids to tie as much troops as possible away from the Normandy battlefield.

Set them up deep in phase A and then have them ambush units during phase C. The dream.
