12th SS was a Panzer division. Panzer divisions did have supporting panzer grenadier regiments as well, but they were still panzer divisions and not panzer grenadier divisions.

This way each side has one of every type of division - Armored, Infantry, and Airborne. Until we have that, balance discussions are kind of moot... we don't have an apples-to-apples comparison because the two sides aren't equal. Allies don't have an Airborne deck, Axis don't have an Infantry deck.
The 91st was Heer not Luftwaffe, it was trained as a Grenadier division. It was not Fallschirmjager in terms of equipment, morale, or training and not equivalent to allied airborne.

I know that, but for the purposes of this game, and game balance, it considers the 91. Luftlande an airborne deck.
