unfortunately we don't have access to those DLCs

Yeah the German Historical Content is all I have, I get a "There is no downloadable content available for this game" screen when I go to Find More DLC.

Apparently, there was an issue with the mods/DLC visibility on Steam. We're on it, it should be available very soon.
