Yes ingame, for the strategic map, that is fine. something with the color scheme or the contrast range makes it look unreal.
Polydetail and texture resolution is probably not the issue, is more a wah artistic thing
I am not a specialist but for example should this:

not look a bit more like this:

and that is not resolution or something, that could just be texture color

Well, tanks rocking while firing was toned down it seems which is nice.

@Eugen ... which of the game flavor is multilayer relevant? Will these divisions in history pass be a SP thing or a MP thing or both? I don't care much about SP, that is why.

Are owners of Wargame/SD1 gonna get discount again?

That is quite steep pricing you got there. I wonder how optional all these aces are, gameplay wise. IIRC Wittmann's Tiger was pretty much a must for 12. SS-Panzer, for example.
Have to say, I'm not too impressed by pre-order early access either. The way things are going lately in gaming this will get out of hand badly, really fast.

I am fairly new to strategy games. I do play War Thunder. When I did a search for strategy war games, this came up. I watched the videos of it, and it appears that it is like a board game but you are on the playing field (correct me if I am wrong). With playing War Thunder it takes me to step back and think, rather to shot and kill, or any type of FPS Games (which I like).

I want to try something new, so a friend of mine on Twitch John_Wolf117 (give him credit where it is due) is the one who told me about War Thunder and told me it is a sit back and think and use strategy in the brain. I am not that great at it, still trying to learn the ropes of it. At the same time to think out SD2 and see if it is as my liking, and the release date is not until April, gives e plenty of time to think about Pre-Order. Thanks for listing..

SD2 will play similar to Steel Division: Normandy 44. If you like what you see out of that game, you'll more than likely like SD2.
