SD2 Marketing and Building Playerbase

I love this game, but recently the player base has been drastically reduced.

Are there plans for a marketing push, tutorial implimentation, or additional content to revive this truly awesome game?

This is perhaps the single biggest challenge facing SD2 and Eugen. you guys really need to drive up some hype and marketing to make all those hours invested in developing perhaps your best title to date worth while! The player base is indeed struggling.

unplayable campaign (due to patches)
imbalanced multiplayer with die hard veterans from previous Eugen titles

need I say more?

What have die hard veterans to do with the fact that MP wasn't touched at all? Meaning everything still runs on a lobby system which is clearly inferior to a match making system like coh2? Something that btw "veterans" are pointing out since ever.

This is why newbies quit. Lobby faces them against someone that is better than them and they loose. And it seems people tend to not like loosing all the time. Loyal customers shouldn't be blamed for the shortcomings of the game.

Another thing is pretending that "authenticity" can work. Sure it might in SP, it can't in MP. MP has to be fair at the end of the day not have some strange balance because some authentic reasons.
