Prevent game starter base arty bombing

I was thinking, rather than nerfing the arty at some point, could'n you make it so that they start off having to reload?

I feel like a lot of people gets angry over that, would that make anyone happy or is this a silly idea?

Is that even an issue in ALB? If you try that in WEE you might get lucky and take a few units out but after that you're through.

Well, you can bomb a road or something. You can also Napalm a road, or whatever. But... Nah. Not worth it.

Arty is so accurate in ALB that you can immediately bomb the enemy spawn point with perfect accuracy without recon correcting their shots.

You can, but the artillery travel time combined with that super accuracy prevents units that try to get away from getting hit.

Besides that, arty doesnt do as much damage to armor then it did in EE + arty seems to consume a decent amount of more supplies in ALB.

You mean it prevents them from getting away. You might end up killining an enemy CV jeep 5 seconds into a match, who knows?

Yes, you might. But it's unlikely. And even if you manage to catch one- huge investments in arty will screw you in late game anyway.

I don't deem it necessary to introduce game mechanics intending to prevent annoying tactics that don't work.
