Function: "Board nearest vehicle" for infantry

Hi,

just a quick improvement here:

It is a pain to micro manage all your unites back into their vehicles. Especially if the numbers are uneven after a fight.

It would be very convenient if infantry had a function/button: "Board nearest vehicle"

I'd also like the button "find cover" and it will advance to nearest building/forest/hedge (advancing as in attack move, stopping to destroy enemies if it encounters any).

Click on units and rt click to board vehicle(s). If units unload in a bldg. sector they will seek their own cover, in forests you just have to place them normally. Why is that so hard?

It is not hard. This is about improving the flow of the input pacing. That function would speed things up. It is about convenience in situation where you have to board 10+ different infantry units into several different APC squads.

I kind of agree. But on the other hand, managing the transports is a skill that can gives you an edge against your opponent. Train yourself to do it and you'll get better.

then why do we need interface?

let's make this game like dune2 inferface

and It can give us real skilled game play?

Would be nice but don't really care personally. It's already pretty easy to select the infantry unit and right click on the transport nametag.

Yeah, amazing how ignorant people are, right? Lets remove right click attack and right click move, and only make it available via an Attack button. It requires more skill to use!
