+1 for Graphic's idea. Now it is quite confusing when you compare units with different experience levels and their stats don't change.

+1 for this!

I really like this idea of saying (+1) or similar next to stats.

Agree with graphic, but make the enemy completely unable to see how vetted the troops he's facing are.

Viker for ingen!

Yes! Even with that things like morale improvements and spotting time decreases remain murky so I think that covers the "somewhat less transparent" side of things.

I support unit cards in-game that show veterancy changes! +1
Re: Game does not tell the player what veterancy means
I too support this, i was just testing veterancy to see if it was as simple as wee (which it is not). From what i could tell the lower the accuracy the less benefit from veterancy (e.g. 3 accuracy is 15% default and 16% with 2 chevrons(1vet) but with higher accuracy levels the difference between 1 and 2 chevrons is greater). Also accuracy increases exponentially along each chevron.
From this we can conclude (only taking into account accuracy and not morale/rof/aim time) that cheap spammy tanks benefit little from veterancy when it comes to maximum range warfare (this is vital information when vetting heat based spg units etc.) and high accuracy tanks benefit largely at long range warfare (even more so with max vet as aposed to mid vet). Morale of the story, do not give your t-72s max veterancy and expect to hit any targets at maximum range
Note from game mechanics section of ab website.
A unit's experience has an impact on the following characteristics:
- Faster response time
- Increased firing accuracy
- Quicker recharging
- Better reconnaissance and identification of enemy units
