...its missile at it, is my tunguska boned? Will that missile still track and hit the target?

It better be a fast prayer! (less than a second)

If it would have hit before you switched off it will impact on the last known position of the tunguska when the gun was still on. If the tunguska was not already moving it is near impossible to avoid the very fast missile by moving the tunguska.

IRL a SEAD (well, those we've modeled ingame at least) which lose the enemy radar homing will switch to locking on its last known position and strike there.
So, but having a very very fast vehicle that could speed away from its position just after having turn its radar off, the situation ingame is accurate.

Also, it's not necessarily boned. Whilst HARM are pretty darn accurate, they're not shy about occasionally trolling the raven user by missing 4 missiles in a row on the same target.

The original Shrike was useless once a SAM turned off its radar. This shortcoming was acknowledged with the Standard, which could "remember" where the emitter was to a limited degree. The HARM could do the same with a great deal more reliability.

Some will. The Kh-28 didn't, and I don't know if the AGM-45 could.
