When was NATO nerfed so hard? I remembered the PACT is OP Purge nerf. All the T-80s got a price increase, T-72s got RoF decreases, T-64s got price increases and availability decreases, Buratino got nerfed so hard, BMPT got nerfed too, BMP-1Ds because of the BMPT nerf was also weakened, Spets nerfed, T-55s were nerfed quite hard.

All the NATO nerfs I remembered were a couple of infantry nerfs, AA nerf and HE bombs AoE nerf, ATGM carrying capacity nerf and Cluster nerf. (And the latter 3 also affected PACT)

I forgot the patch number, but it was the one after the massive availability nerf to USSR tanks.
I think PACT got rebuffed instead. Not nato nerfed. The one with the BMP3 getting the arkan.

PACT got rebuffed in the context of T-72s getting one more RoF (which is good) and T-64Bs coming in 12 per pack again.

Art actually. You can buy this as posters and so on. The artist might have had an idea looking at certain old Soviet tanks with their searchlights. They can look a little bit like eyes or something.

 I think he meant the *ahem* way the barrel happens to be displayed.

Well a drooping barrel is one way to show a tank being sad. It is the simulation of hanging your head. If you think something else... well can't account for that. :P Even if it is very amusing.

This one should have it's proper availability back.
Many other tanks got availability buff (such as the T64B which always had low availability for no reason), after that dumb global availability nerf to PACT (actually mostly USSR) tanks. Except this one.

As someone who mainlines the T-64B as his tank of choice, I've always been disappointed with the BM. The T-64B is already fairly expensive for a medium, but its performance and availability makes up for that in my book - it wipes the floor with NATO mediums and can stand up to NATO heavies if it has enough support (read, something to perma-panick the NATO tanks). The BM is even more expensive... for less availability of the exact same weapons package in a slightly crunchier shell.

Basically, anything the BM can do, the B can do just as well, for cheaper, and that's why it's the unloved middle-child of the T-64 line.

T64 bm availability and price nerfs were excessive or unneeded. 12 for 90 each would be balanced. Same for t72b1 nerfs they were huge and over the top. Same for the stupid +5 price for pact tanks every patch.

Nato has how much armor 17 and 19 tanks? pact?

Patch 1365. Worst. Patch. Ever. (got partially roll-backed a few patches later, but the T-64(A/BM) and base T-80 are still meh).

How did that one get through?
If there's two kinds of players, those that like challenges and those that want a fair game, pubstomps should make everyone happy.
