Unreadable menu upon startup (MAC)

I am trying to run Air Land Battle on Steam (Mac OS-X) - menus are distorted and unreadable upon startup. Any ideas how to fix this?

I am having the exact same problem.

Which also happens with European Escalation, but for some reasons Red Dragon has been spared.

I have tried without success to contact the eugen's Support one week ago, but I don't received any response.
I have tried different ideas without success :
- restoring the font cash
- changing the driver of my graphic card (Geforce 650M)

I would like to know if the installation of MAC OS X Mojave could improve the situation.

I received a response from Eugen support; my understanding is that the game is no longer compatible with the latest versions of Mac OS Mojave.

I think the Steam page for these games should be updated to reflect that the game will not work with the current Mac operating system, or Eugen should make a patch available. The status quo (unplayable game available for purchase) is a poor practice.
