Hi, I was just wondering if it is authentic to use the new german F4F-Phantom II in my Yom Kippur Deck.

Panama I'll look into. Libya I'd do but there will be lots of technical proxies, will be similar but weaker than Syria decks for Gadafi. I'll do something with this, though, either in ALB or RD.

Alright thought I'd update on this.

Sadly no, the ICE is really a 90s Phantom. The Phantoms Israel used was ex-US mostly, Vietnam era. ICE is simply to upgraded to be "in era" for Yom Kippur. Though if your opponent agrees it for a proxy..I can't stop you.

That said...update time!

**List of nations intended for Red Dragon**
-No guarantee they can be made-
-Singapore 1990 or Modern
-Taiwan 1990 or Modern
-Italy 1990s
-Vietnam post 75
-Spain 1990s
-Greece 1990s
-Cuba proper

-Updates coming to all existing wars, especially Vietnam
-North Korea removed for obvious reasons, left for ALB players.
-Soviet Afghanistan
-Iraq War (most of it available)
-War on terror theoretically possible... unlikely.
-Possibly Korean War? Depends on what we see out of "Cat-C" units from NK and SK...

I think there is a misconception; of course the F4F ICE would be totally OOTF, it has AMRAAM :!:
I mean the new 80 Points, 1974 F4F, which came with Magna Carta:

No I don't think it would be an issue - Israel had pretty good Phantom power available I -think-....I'm not an expert on Israeli air power enough to say theres something wrong with it.

Yeah the Shafrir-2 which scored ~100 kills during the war is a good equivalent to the AIM-9F. For another interesting plane idea; the Israelis used F-4 Skyhawks with Walleye AGMs as SEAD, the SK-60B seems like a decent stand in.

Is there anything close to a modern Ukrainian army deck we could make here?

Well.. I've just posted a scenario with an hypothetic Ukrainian modern deck (based on urkrainian army website) in an other topic, sorry I didn't read this post before, otherwise i would have put this scenario in there.

Spoiler : scenario :
scenario : Secession

Type : Destruction / Conquest

Forces :
- [PACT] 1st Guards Armoured Brigade, based in Honcharivske (current Ukraine)
- [PACT] 7th Guards Airborne-Assault Division, based Novorossiysk, (current Russia)

Map : Stavanger

Plot :
When diplomacy fails..
1 March 1984, Crimea.
After february recent troubles in Kiev, a tempoprary governement has been formed to claim Urkainian independance. the 1st Guards Armoured Brigade has clamed to belong to the new Kiev governement. The 1st Guards Armoured Brigade is now heading south to secure its new territory.
Meanwhile at the Kremlin, direct orders are given to the 7th Guards Airborne-Assault Division to protect the russian population in Crimea, and most likely the naval base they have in there. To achieve this objective, Simferopol airport must be seized.

Notes : (to be extented)
- 7th Guards Airborne-Assault Division should not go further the line in the 2nd picture.
- Decks need improvement. i want em to become more realistic but there i'll need help

Spoiler : Map & Decks :
