Players Alt F4ing to prevent loss

Postby Fussel » Mon 24 Mar 2014 02:31

On several occasions i played against people with zero losses or one loss. After winning against them they still had zero or one loss. I posted two examples on http://alb-replays.info/rdbeta/. I don't realy care if they do that in lobby games but i can see a problem if ranked gets introduced. With the elo system exploit (one low point mate to boost the guy with high points) and now this i don't see myself getting heavily involved in attacking the ladder.

This is a big issue because it destroys the fun for people who have a competitive drive but don't exactly trophy hunt.

At the moment surrendering counts as a win you know.

Of course it's a beta, I'm of the opinion that stats should be reset upon release proper anyway.

It doesn't matter how high your win percentage is, if you suck, you suck.
