Who said it (we need more rocket artillery)?

Who said prior to the DLC, "we need more rocket artillery, rocket artillery is underpowered".

I would really love to meet this guy because since the DLC every game is pact rocket arty spam. Really needs a patch.

Well, increasing the howitzer aim time certainly didn't help, since that removed the #1 threat to rocket arty spammers. (Accurate, timely counterbattery fire.)

Georgy Langemak, he designed this thing called the BM-13 and ever since people have thought rocket spam was a good idea.

People actually have trouble against napalm bm24s? It is one of the most underwhelming napalm arties and IIRC it doesn't even have the cheap supply costs the HE version had.
