I wish you'd overhaul singleplayer campaign too.
Some missions are just insanely hard, some others too broken to finish honestly.
And I never got past the mission where you had to hold points on highway while getting massive attacks at all points. To this day, I have no clue how to do it.

I finished the campaign 2 times, it wasn't really that hard except maybe last mission for Chimera. But I could see how casual players could find it hard.
Maybe just adding easy, medium, hard sliders for campaign would fix this for most players.
As for that mission, you just build lots of units, put infantry in banks and any houses you can find and use tanks with repair vehicles to go up and down and kill enemy units. Find additional resource spots and put artillery towers next to them.
