This patch will fix the desynchronization issue some people have been encountering since the release of patch 424.

Does it also fix the desync problems that sometimes occured prior to the recent patch? Or are they separate things?

The desync issue, that occurs in a mp-game when someone surrenders is still not fixed.

There is a constructor bug since this patch.
