Hello! I've been playing Wargame for a while now and i really wanted to give the unit icons a "facelift". I decided to create new unit cards for air units. I will try to make them as historically accurate as possible with the goal of creating more immersion to the game + general prettiness.

Progress so far:

Wow Crahser, your tutorial has been inspiring a ton of people! Maybe you should also make a foot note on how to make weapon icons too.

I will at some point , I've already made few (not all included)

Spoiler : :

(Black is replaced by blank ingame, used to make weapons's forms ; pixels forms looks weird sometimes but it's smaller ingame, forming the shape nicely after)
But I'm still refining techniques on how to make them, especially on shades of black / grey, and making them from a real picture, takes time, result is not always good as expected too. (And as you can see I'm not an artist)
Plus, the modding community is a bit paused, with the DLCs (updates) and all, and the coming ones, I feel like mods can't even start.
Even if the job on textures, icons etc.. is still possible meanwhile. (so there, no excuses haha)
But seriously I've stopped modding myself, restarted my mod 3 times already (so I stopped modding when Netherlands was announced), and at some point it's discouraging, nonetheless I stay present ingame and on forum . Tutorial will come at some point, possible in middle of DLCs releases. Just need to be into it like before.

Still, I'm glad to see too that in that "hiatus", the community isn't dying !
