The extra AP makes the MIG25 better.

I would say the 2 extra missiles do myself

Though raven price should go up a bit in my view.

The +2 missles are indeed an Advantage and the AP would be one if anyone would play Naval, but that doesn´t change the fact that the price difference between these units is too big.

and yeah I know, it was said 10.000 times, but the Raven can´t even carry missles IRL.

EF-111A has better ECM and stealth - better survivability and it cost less. MiG has 2 more missiles (AP is useless against AA). So it's well balanced.

idk I'd rather have a plane that dodges stuff that is being shot at it.

ECM difference is only 10% though  which is a fair trade for 2 more missiles giving a double chance of kills.

Raven might be a little cheap at the moment.
But in general, no mirroring.
