SU-25T need buff

Postby brroleg » Sat 26 Jul 2014 19:28

I rarely see someone using them. I think to buff it would be nice to let them shoot 2atgm's at once, to actually make use of their huge atgm ammo capacity.
Also it should get medium anti-ground optics, as IRL it is only one attack plane of its time equipped with advanced search&destroy optic system with stabilization, zoom, lock, tracking.

I think all the ATGM Su-25s and the A-10 are in a weird spot and could use some TLC.

They're really overpriced by about 30 points. They have such a high ATGM ammo count which inflates their price, yet in most combat situations you won't get to fire off even a third of your missiles before having to evac.

I've been using the regular Su-25 since ALB, and now it's even more of an obvious choice since it got the rockets.

Not to mention that the regular su25 has better missiles ,with more AP.
That is invaluable since the su25t will hit with some but wont take out superheavies in one go.

If you make the Su-25 have two firing channels it becomes really powerful.

Vikhirs are really terrible for an air ATGM due to low AP and non F&F. If they priced the SU25T at 140 with the A10 i doubt anyone would complain since they are both just as capable.

I like the Su-25T :( (but yes it needs higher ECM and/or a price nerf)

140 would be too low.

I think the su25 could be 130, and the 25T at 150. I'd also trade the R73s for S-24s. As well as 2 atgms for hydras on the A10.

I like the two missile idea as well

Agreed

But i doubt anything will be done with it. We just had a major rebalance patch and it was untouched.

Itll never ever get used, just move on :D

Am I the only one that actually likes the loadout of the Su-25T?
